Toddlers
The world through a toddlers eyes is full of exploration and independence.
From the little worm in the ground to the stars in the sky, there is so much to discover. Here at MCM, we encourage the children to explore safely giving proper guidance and boundaries to discover all things new and old in our beautiful world.
Two things we feel that are very important for development are independence and choices. To achieve independence, we must give them proper tools (and time) to do things for themselves. Encouraging them to practice and helping them not give up helps to gain their confidence and grow. When it comes to independence, there is no better way than giving them the power of choice. The feeling they get when they concur a task on their own is rewarding both for them and us.
Learning is all around us. Exposing toddlers to a variety of experiences in a controlled environment will help feed their minds and bodies to grow.
